Starting Wage
$100,000 to $115,000 per year depending on experience.
Location
Remote with ability to travel to Headquarters in Vista, CA. as needed.
Responsibilities:
Marketplace Content Strategy
Develop and implement an online marketplace content strategy that aligns with brand positioning and drives traffic, sales, and brand equity.
Own the strategy, optimization, and performance of product detail pages (PDPs), A+ content, Brand Stores, and Brand Story for maximum conversion and discoverability.
Collaborate with Paid Media teams to align marketplace content with advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, DSP, seasonal promotions) and ensure strong intent alignment from ad to PDP/brand store.
Digital Catalog Management
Oversee product setup, catalog management, and PDP optimization across marketplaces with attention to user flows, variation selection, and mobile-first shopping behavior.
Manage product attributes, variations, and taxonomy to ensure complete, accurate, and optimized listings.
Work with creative teams defining UX- and CRO-informed creative briefs for content across PDPs, A+ content and brand stores (this role is responsible for creative briefs; creative execution is handled by design team).
Content Performance Optimization
Own marketplace CRO performance for PDPs and brand stores, using UX best practices, testing, and analytics to drive measurable conversion improvements.
Use marketplace analytic tools to track and optimize content and merchandising performance.
Conduct A/B testing of PDPs, images, and copy to improve conversion and CTR.
Monitor competitor activity and emerging marketplace trends to inform ongoing content and merchandising improvements.
Maintain content compliance with each retailer’s requirements and brand guidelines.
Stay updated on marketplace algorithm changes and content best practices stay competitive.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar field.
7+ years of experience in digital merchandising and marketplace content management (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms).
Demonstrated track record of driving measurable performance improvements in conversion rate (CVR), revenue, and organic rank within ecommerce channels.
Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale content launches (e.g., 50–100+ PDP updates) on time and aligned to performance goals.
Experience working closely with designers, agencies, or creative teams to develop high-performing assets without requiring hands-on design execution.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.)
