Starting Wage

$105,000 to $125,000 yearly depending on experience

Location

Remote with ability to travel to Headquarters in Vista, CA as needed.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing international ecommerce business, influence strategy, and make a measurable impact on revenue, customer experience, and brand growth across global Amazon marketplaces.

What You'll Do

As our International Amazon Marketplace Manager, you'll play a key role in growing our presence across global Amazon marketplaces. You'll combine strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences.

Grow Our International Amazon Business

• Lead the performance and growth of international Amazon marketplaces.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve conversion, attract new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Track key metrics such as revenue, profitability, advertising performance, inventory health, and customer experience.
• Create forecasts and partner with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure products are available when customers need them.
• Share insights and recommendations that help shape our ecommerce strategy.

Manage Agency Partnerships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our Amazon agency partners.
• Set priorities, review recommendations, and guide execution of marketplace initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships and ensure all efforts align with business goals, brand standards, and growth objectives.

Optimize Products, Content & Customer Experience

• Determine the best product assortment, bundles, and pack sizes for each market.
• Identify opportunities to launch new products, improve underperforming listings, and optimize catalog performance.
• Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop compelling product pages, images, videos, and brand content that drive conversion.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory, replenishment planning, and international logistics.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact sales, account health, or the customer experience.
• Help ensure marketplaces are operating efficiently and effectively across regions.

Lead Product Launches & Promotions

• Plan and execute successful marketplace launches from forecasting and inventory planning to content readiness and advertising support.
• Manage promotional calendars around key retail events and growth opportunities.
• Work with internal teams and agency partners to maximize the impact of advertising and promotional investments.

Turn Data into Action

• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, customer reviews, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity to inform pricing, assortment, and marketing decisions.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations that drive business results.

Ensure Compliance & Marketplace Health

• Maintain compliance with Amazon policies, marketplace requirements, and regional regulations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address labeling, regulatory, tax, and documentation requirements.
• Resolve account health, catalog, pricing, and unauthorized seller issues as they arise.

Collaborate Across the Business

• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Content, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Experience, Sales, and external partners to bring marketplace initiatives to life and achieve shared goals.
